Abstract Painting, Mixed Media Art, “SOUTHWEST ARTIFACTS” by Colorado Mixed Media Abstract Artist Carol Nelson

This geologic abstract features abundant textural elements along with three sculpted clay pieces. For the color palette, I chose the warm golds and reds of the Southwest, along with prominent turquoise and green in the focal area. The painting measures 12"x12". Add about 1.25" on each side for framed dimensions.
